Until the Flood

Michelle has had an extensive career as an actress, director, choreographer, theatre arts instructor, film casting assistant, stage manager, and more in Washington and Oregon with additional forays across the country. She has also taught acting for the Sign Language  Interpreter Program at Seattle Central Community College, worked as a Community  Ambassador for Seattle Repertory Theatre, and has performed in the Soviet Union as part of a  cultural arts exchange. Recently retired from the City of Seattle, working for both the Office of  Arts and Culture and Seattle Center, she is now very excited to return to live theater. And if the demise of covid allows, Michelle will direct Ragtime for Twelfth Night Productions in the summer of 2022.

Nikki is happy to be back at Harlequin having first appeared here as Bev/Kathy in the 2014 production of Clybourne Park. In recent years she has performed with Taproot Theatre Company, Seattle Shakespeare Company and Seattle Public Theater. Her original work has been seen at On the Boards. Nikki’s other passion is Path With Art where she teaches acting and personal storytelling. PWA’s mission is to foster healing from trauma through arts education and access (www.pathwithart.org). Next up for Nikki is Seattle Public Theater’s production of Pipeline by Dominique Morisseau. Vincent is proud to be making his Harlequin debut with this show. VJ has been seen working in several local/regional theaters including Village Theatre, Seattle Musical Theatre, Seattle StageRight theater company, Book-It and Taproot. Kristen is a native Floridian who in recent years has graced the Harlequin stage with her portrayal of “Cassandra” in Vanya & Sonia & Masha & Spike and “Crystal” in Little Shop of Horrors. Her past performances also include Crowns, The Good Body, Black Nativity, Once on This Island, Hot Mikado, Doubt, You Can’t Take It with You, Clybourne Park, Purlie, Bubbling Brown Sugar, My Heart is The Drum, and Arsenic & Old Lace. Kristen truly enjoys the stage and sharing art through performance. She dedicates her time off the stage to working in communities to support underprivileged youth, adults, and persons with disabilities. She is happy to be part of our season, sharing this story with you.
