Keeping a non-profit theater company healthy these days is a Herculean task. Harlequin Productions has 1,400 subscribers and ticket sales nearly double the national average for theaters our size*. But ticket sales still cover only about 65% of the actual costs of producing "Real. Live. Theater." The remainder must be raised through sponsorships, advertising sales, grants and individual and business donations.
