The Sensational Adventures of David and Brian Go to Florida for More Sins of the Mother

Part III

Yes, it's true. The boys have already gone native. It's not as sweet as you might think, however. It you've been watching the news you know that it's been unseasonably cold down there.

"We packed for Florida!" says David. "I packed warmer clothes, too, but I had them shipped and they haven't arrived yet. We had to go to a thrift shop and buy sweaters and shit."

"The thing is," says Brian, "down here when it gets cold is like when it gets hot in Seattle. They're not ready for it. We're in these great little bungalows, but they're uninsulated and all we have are these tiny little space heater units that can't possibly heat them up. This is wrong. I didn't come to Florida to freeze in my sleep! You hear what I'm sayin'?"

Their cast mate, Gordon (Bobby) is the only cast member from Florida. He said that when it freezes at night the iguanas go into a form of hibernation and they can't hang onto anything, so they fall out of the trees. So he has to get up in the morning and pick up all of the iguanas in his yard before he lets the dogs out.

"Actually, it's great," says Brian. "It's supposed to be 60 today. We're on our way to the golf course right now. We're just trying to get warmed up because we're playing with Israel on Thursday."
