Joe Hyer likes wine. The wine at our Haunted Wild West Cabaret has been donated by him. Why? "Because I don't want to have to drink bad wine!"

He also likes to talk about wine and share his love of wine with others.

Waterstreet Café likes wine, too. And great food. Joe, Jeff and Lennie have teamed up to offer a dinner for ten that promises to be truly remarkable.

Joe picks the wines. Lennie and Jeff at Waterstreet Café design a dinner to complement them. You and your guests gather in the wine cellar at Waterstreet Café to enjoy it all.
